Welcome to Golf Mania PEI ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (golfmaniapei.com) and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Golf Mania PEI operates an online store that sells golf clubs, apparel, accessories, golf bags, and event tickets. All purchases must be picked up in-store, as we do not offer delivery or shipping.

2. ORDERING & PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods:

• All major credit cards
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

All orders are processed securely. Prices listed on the website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. PICKUP POLICY

• All purchases must be picked up at 82 Hillstrom Ave., Charlottetown, PE C1E2C6.
• Pickup is available during our regular business hours.
• A valid order confirmation or receipt is required at the time of pickup.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We understand it is difficult to determine how a product is going to fit or perform before getting it home. Because of this, we've simplified our return policy making it easier for you to return products you've bought from Golf Mania PEI and it starts with our no-questions asked 30-Day Return Policy.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, you can return unused items in new condition (with original packaging and receipt) within 30 days after purchase for a refund of what you paid for it.

Demo, used, or clearance items and some other specified products are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return unless defective.

5. WARRANTIES & LIABILITY

• No warranties are provided for any products sold.
• We are not responsible for any product defects, damages, or performance issues once the item has been picked up.

6. PROHIBITED USES

By using our website, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Fraudulent Transactions – Using stolen credit cards, chargeback fraud, or any misleading payment activities.
• Unauthorized Reselling – Purchasing products with the intent to resell without our authorization.
• Hacking or Security Violations – Attempting to access restricted areas, introduce malware, or disrupt site operations.
• False Information – Providing fraudulent personal details, fake reviews, or misleading claims.
• Abuse or Harassment – Posting offensive comments, spamming, or harassing staff/customers.
• Intellectual Property Infringement – Copying, distributing, or using Golf Mania PEI branding, logos, or content without permission.
• Illegal Activities – Engaging in any activities that violate laws in PEI or Canada.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Canadian legal jurisdiction.
